How to apply for a job
Click on a category that interests you from the list on the right of the page. We only display categories when they contain actual jobs. You will be presented with a list of all the jobs available within that category. If you see a position that interests you, click on the more details link to find out more about that job...

The job detail page will tell you more about your chosen job.
For every job advertised there is a clear indication of the number of days remaining for your application, in the right hand column.
Some jobs will have additional detail contained within attached files; these will be displayed in the right hand column. Simply click the icon of the file you want and it will start to download immediately.
To apply, simply click the apply button and you will be directed to a form. Fill out your details and click "next". At this point you will have the opportunity to upload files to accompany your application (if you need to). Add as many files as you like, and when you are done, simply click the link indicating you have finished. That’s it!!!
How to post a job
- Start by logging into your account using the login box, which always appears to the top right hand corner of the screen.
- Once you have successfully logged in, select the link within the login box, "My bseen2".
- Once you are within the "My bseen2" area, select the "post a new job" link, within the "My jobs" section to the left of the screen.
- You will be presented with a form where you can enter your job details, fill this out and click submit.
Further information
You might want to attach files with additional information to your jobs, to do this you need to:
- click on the "view / edit my profile" link.
- You will be presented with a number of options.
- You need to select the "upload a document" link. Upload your document, and then return to the job that you have posted via the "Job management" link, within "My jobs".
- Click on the job that you posted and you will see the data that you entered. At the bottom of the screen you can now use the pull-down menu to select the file that you just uploaded.
Managing jobs
If you have jobs posted, you will be able to see them listed within the "My jobs" area. You will be able to see at a glance how many applicants have applied for each job. Click the view applications and you will be presented with a list of applicants, from here you can click on the applicants name to read their application and download any associated files.
